Balance Scorecard

Balance Scorecard is used by senior leadership to help track and improve overall organizational outcomes! 

Follow the steps below to see its key features. 

The Balanced Scorecard workflow can be accessed by navigating to the left-side menu from any page in Laudio and clicking on the “Balanced Scorecard” link there.

By clicking on the “Metrics” button, you can configure the metrics displayed on the Balanced Scorecard. Clicking the button will initiate a slideout, as shown below:

As with all Laudio slideouts you have toggle-able fields (designated by blue checkmarks), a “reset” button at the bottom-right, and a “save as default” button at the bottom-right as well.

You can also export anything on the Balance Scorecard page, if needed!
