Leaderboards Overview
The Leaderboard offers a clear view of how leaders engage with Laudio by bringing activity and compliance data together in one place. It highlights how leaders use Laudio to support their teams, strengthen leadership practices, and advance strategic goals while helping identify where to focus support and offering a way to recognize progress.
In some cases, leaderboards are currently being sent to leaders via email. All leaders will be able to access leaderboards within the Laudio application in early 2026. A group of leaders will see these reports available to them on a rolling basis between now and general availability.

Using Laudio Leaderboards
Leaderboards offer an easy way to see what’s working and where there is an opportunity to leverage Laudio more. Since every team is unique, leaders are encouraged to use leaderboards in ways that align with their team’s goals and structure. To help spark ideas, here are four examples of how leaders use leaderboards today:
