Tips and Tricks for Success!

Laudio is designed to highlight opportunities for you to engage with your team.  Here are a few tips to ensure Laudio is working for YOU!

1. Take the time to ignore recommendations that are not meaningful for you as a Leader. Learn more about completing and ignoring Recommendations here.

2.  Update your Cost Center Settings to improve accuracy of your time and attendance recommendations in Laudio. 

3.  If you have team members who are also Laudio users (Director level and higher), utilize the filters on the top of the Recommendations Feed to reflect the group of team members you wish to receive recommendations for.  You can filter to only your direct reports or receive alerts for milestone anniversaries/birthdays only.
