Using Manager-Level Leaderboards

The manager level leaderboard helps leaders understand engagement patterns, activity levels, and team trends at a glance. These insights support timely and meaningful actions that strengthen team connection and reduce turnover. User leaderboards organize information by individual platform users, while manager leaderboards organize information by each manager and their reporting structure.
