      Accessing Laudio on a Mobile Device

      Laudio can be accessed from any mobile device, making it easy to stay connected, engage with team members, and document information while on the go.

      Key Benefits: 

      • View and document employee rounding

      • Add tasks and notes from in-person interactions to follow up later

      • Send quick birthday or anniversary recognitions between meetings

      Steps to Access Laudio on Mobile

      1. Open a web browser (Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome recommended).
      2. Enter your organization’s unique Laudio URL (example: myorganization.laudio.com).
      3. Add Laudio to your phone’s home screen for easier access:
        1. Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the web page.
        2. Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen.
        3. Tap Add in the top right corner.
        4. Access the Laudio homepage with one easy click!

      Note: 

      • To send email messages from a mobile device, the Microsoft 365 account must be connected in Settings, or the work email address must be set as the default.
