      Access Laudio on a mobile device

      You can access Laudio from your mobile device and interact/document as you go! 

      Popular use cases include:

      • Viewing and documenting employee rounding
      • Adding tasks and notes based on in person interactions to followup on later
      • Sending quick birthday/anniversary recognitions between meetings

      Steps to access Laudio on mobile

      1. Open a web browser (Ideally edge or chrome) and enter your organization's unique URL.

      2. Add a Laudio icon to your phone’s home screen. Then, double-click the icon to open your Laudio homepage quickly and easily.

      If you want to send email messages via your mobile device, you must connect with your 365 account in the settings or make your WORK EMAIL ADDRESS your default email. If you do not want to follow these steps on your device, consider using mobile for viewing Laudio and adding notes, versus sending messages.
