Activity Feed

Laudio documents all activity taken within the platform, creating transparency and collaboration among your team. You can view your activity and the activity of other leaders on your team and export activity by date, team member, or tag. 

To access the activity feed:

1. Click Activity Feed on the left hand side of the screen within the black navigation bar.

2. This will display a list of all activities within Laudio performed by you or other leaders involving team members you have visibility into.

A few helpful ways to use the activity feed: 

• Search within the Activity Feed - You can search the Activity Feed by clicking the Search button in the top right corner. This opens a text box where you can begin typing a team member's name to view only the activity related to that individual.

• Filter - Use the Filter button in the top right corner to refine the feed. You can filter activity by time period, interaction type, action type, tag, and user (a Laudio leader whose activity you want to view specifically).

• Export - To export the displayed activity, click the Export button in the top right of the screen. Select your preferred filtering criteria, then click Export at the bottom right of the Export Activity pop up. The data will download as an Excel or CSV file.
