Reporting: Action Insights

Understanding of engagement with the Laudio platform overtime, can help you understand how your team is trending

How to use Action Insights

1. Navigate to the "Reporting" Section on the left side

2. Select the "Action Insights" section

3. Here there will be visual metrics showing Total Actions Taken, Actions by Interaction Type, Actions by Cost Center, and your Top 5 Users

4. Total Actions Taken gives you a visual to help understand how your team is trending and engaging with the Laudio platform

5. Actions by Interactions groups actions into 4 different types: Celebration & Recognition, Accountability, Check-ins, and Others

6. Actions by Cost Centers help you see and understand how your cost centers are leveraging Laudio in relation to each other 

7. Top 5 Users shows you your top 5 users so that you can recognize a user making an effort to engage with and utilize the Laudio platform
