Admin Portal - Creating Templates

The Manage Templates feature in the Admin portal allows administrators to view, create, and manage templates for features such as InForms, Patient Rounding, and Audits. Templates help standardize data collection and ensure a consistent experience for all users across your organization.

Note that templates are different from organization-level forms. To learn more about org-level forms, click here

  • View existing templates currently available in Laudio.

  • Create new templates to customize workflows for all active users.

  • Standardize processes across departments by using shared templates.

How to Create Templates

1. Navigate to the "Features" tab in the Admin portal and select the feature you would like to create a template for, such as InForms, Patient Rounding, or Audits.

3. You can either create a new template from scratch or edit one that already exists. To create a new template, click “Create Template.” To edit an existing template, select it from the list, then click the three dots (⋯) in the upper-right corner of the template card and choose “Edit".

4. Only templates created by your health system can be edited. Laudio-provided templates cannot be modified.
