When Laudio detects a major update in the HR file, like a role, cost center, or manager change, it flags the affected users in the Admin Portal. If enabled, this allows admins to review and confirm their access.
Steps to review this access are below.

Look for the Significant Changes banner at the top of the Users page.

Click "Show" to filter results and display only users with significant HRIS file changes.

Review the highlighted rows in red to identify which users were impacted.

Review and confirm their new Laudio access as needed.

Click "Hide" to remove the filter and return to the full user list.
