Laudio now allows users to archive forms within any forms workflow. This gives leaders more control over which forms remain active and visible, while preserving historical data for reporting. By archiving unused forms, you can streamline your workflows, reduce clutter, and ensure teams focus only on the forms that matter.
Key benefits:
- Declutter your workflow – Remove outdated or test forms to simplify navigation and improve usability.
- Retain control – Ensure only relevant forms appear in filters and reporting menus.
- Stay flexible – Restore forms at any time without losing historical data.
To archive a form:
-
Navigate to the desired forms list (InForms, Patient Rounding, Employee Rounding, or Audits).
-
Click the overflow menu (three dots) next to the form you want to archive.
-
Click Archive.
-
Review the confirmation message and click to complete the action.
Archived forms will disappear from your active forms list, but their data remains available in dashboards and exports.
To view or restore archived forms:
-
Open the Filter menu in your forms list.
-
Choose between Active and Archived to adjust your view.
From the archived forms list, you can:
-
Restore a form (circular arrow icon) to make it active again.
-
Hard delete a form (trash icon), if you want it permanently removed. This is typically not recommended unless the data related to the form is never needed again.
