Audits Overview
The Audits tool helps teams replace manual audit processes with a simple digital workflow, making it easier for leaders to complete audits, follow up with team members, and track results.

Create a New Audit Form

Click Add New Audit Form on the forms page.

Enter a title, cost center, and optionally configure a target score for scored audits.

Click Add collaborators to share the form with other Laudio users.
Add an Audit
There are three ways to start a new audit:

Click Add Audit in the top-left corner and select a form.

Click the "+" icon next to a form in the list.

Open a form and click Add Audit from the form details page.

Fill out the audit using standard questions, add notes, and add tasks.

Click Submit Response to save the audit.
Share Audit Results

Click Click here in the confirmation message to open the send message flow.

Based on the result (goal met, near goal, or missed), an email template will auto-fill.

Send the message to a team member or Laudio user with a link to the audit response.
FAQs
Q: Can team members without Laudio access complete audits?
A: Yes. QR codes allow team members without logins to access and complete forms.
Q: Are audits only for non-clinical workflows?
A: No. While adoption is currently stronger in non-clinical areas, audits can be used for clinical workflows as well.
Q: Can I customize audit settings?
A: Not yet. Settings are planned for future releases.
Q: What happens if a team member doesn’t meet the audit goal?
A: The messaging flow will auto-fill with a check-in template to support follow-up.
Q: Can I export audit data?
A: Export functionality is planned for future updates.
