Capturing a Patient Rounding interaction using a script

Use a script you've added to capture patient feedback during a rounding interaction. You can open a rounding script and enter data in real-time using Laudio on your mobile device. 

Click the “Add Round” button, located in the top-right of the Patient Rounding workflow or the “+” button on your chosen script, visible when viewing all scripts

or

Complete the Patient Rounding interaction using the selected script

• You may choose a team member's name to associate this data with for feedback or recognition if applicable
• Select the cost center in which the round is being completed
• Select the patient's response to each question
• You may click Add note to capture any additional comments related to a question
• You may click Add task to capture any items that need follow-up
• Click Save and Complete to save the data
