When you first start using Laudio, you will automatically start receiving weekly reminder emails that provides quick access to recommendations/nudges/tasks upcoming in Laudio. You also have options to notify others when you act in Laudio. Review the available notification settings in your account and update based on your preferences.
Steps to review settings
- Click on the dropdown next to your name (top right corner)
- Select Settings
- Select Preferences
You can manage the following:
Group Team Members
This is the way Laudio displays your team throughout the application and applies to leaders of leaders. You can view your team by manager name, cost center, or in a single list of names.
Weekly Email Notifications
Do you want Laudio to notify you weekly with actionable insights about your direct reports only or your entire team on Laudio? For some leaders this could be several hundred individuals. You get to choose what is most helpful.
Auto CC Managers
If you are a director, co-manage a department, or have multiple cost centers, you may be celebrating or recognizing people outside of your direct reports. This feature being enabled ensures the direct manager of anyone you message or add notes for in Laudio will be notified.
Schedule Email Setting
This features allows users with M365 integration to have Laudio automatically populate a future send date for all birthday and anniversary notifications.
