Managing Email Settings in Laudio

Laudio provides settings to help leaders manage email notifications. These settings include bi-weekly reminder emails that offer quick access to recommendations, nudges, and upcoming tasks, as well as preferences for outgoing emails sent from Laudio. By reviewing and updating these preferences, leaders can make sure they receive helpful reminders and that outgoing messages reflect their communication needs.

Where to Review and Update Settings: 

1. Click the dropdown menu next to your name in the top-right corner and select Settings.

2. Click Preferences.

   

3. Review and update the available settings listed below. 

Settings Available To Customize

Weekly Email Notifications

Decide whether to receive weekly emails with insights about:

• Direct reports only, or

• Your entire team in Laudio

  • For some leaders, the “entire team” option may include hundreds of individuals. Select the option that provides the most value.

    

Auto CC Managers

When enabled, this setting automatically copies the direct manager of any team member you message or add notes for in Laudio. This is especially helpful for directors, co-managers, or leaders with multiple cost centers who frequently recognize or celebrate individuals outside of their direct reports.

Schedule Email Setting (M365 Integration Required)

For leaders with the Microsoft 365 integration enabled, this setting allows Laudio to automatically suggest a future send date for birthday and anniversary notifications.
