Laudio is highly customizable to help you manage your team most efficiently. After all, YOU are the leader. To ensure accuracy and impact of your nudges, review the settings below in your account as you get started.
Basic Information
On the upper right hand corner of your screen, click the down arrow beside your name, then My Profile to adjust your basic information. You can
Add a picture
- Update your preferred name (This is the name that will appear to your team members when you send communications via Laudio.)
Settings
Various settings are defaulted here for your review. Others need to be configured.
Add Connection
- Click on Add connection
If this setting is not visible, then your organization chose not to integrate Laudio with your M365 account. Please follow the steps in our help article set outlook as your default email address to ensure emails from Laudio are seamlessly delivered to your team members.
2. Navigate to Settings via your profile icon on the top-right of the Laudio homepage.
3. Click the “Microsoft 365” text to enable the connection

Ignored Recommendations
Your Laudio recommendations/nudges located in the center of your homepage can be ignored if they are not applicable for your area or leadership style. At any time, you can view your ignored recommendations and "re-enable" them when you are ready.
Managed Cost Centers
You have access to update the time & attendance grace period for cost center you manage. Think of grace periods as how many minutes an employee can clock in or out before being penalized. For example, for a shift starting at 0700, employees can clock in as early as 0640, but no later than 0653 and leave without penalty near the end of their shift, but by 1930 to not accrue overtime.
In this example, the early clock in grace is 20 (20 min prior to shift start) and late clock in grace is 7 (the time at which employee will be flagged late). The early clock out grace could be 60 (enough time to not flag in Laudio as leaving early given there is no penalty) and late clock out grace would be 30 (30 min after shift end).
To update your settings:
- Select the cost center you'd like to manage
- Review the current settings - notice there are three sections (Shifts, Scheduling & Pay Period and Floating) and edit them as needed.
Preferences
Laudio will send automated emails to help you continually engage with your team and create transparency among the leadership team. You can review these settings and opt out/customize as you wish. Please refer to customizing your email preferences for a full description of each setting.
