Bookmarking Laudio to Your Computer or Mobile Device

Laudio is accessible from any device with an internet connection. To save time, add a shortcut to your desktop or mobile home screen so Laudio is always just one click away.

Desktop or Laptop Shortcut

1. Open Edge or Chrome (or your preferred web browser) and go to your Laudio login page (URL provided by your organization).
2. Click the star icon to the right of the URL bar to bookmark the page for easy access.
3. To add an icon directly to your desktop:
   1. Shrink the browser window.
   2. Click and drag the URL onto your desktop.
   3. A shortcut icon for Laudio will now appear on your desktop, just like other applications.

Mobile Shortcut

Safari on iPhone

1. Open Safari and go to your Laudio login page.

2. Tap the share icon (square with an arrow at the bottom of the screen).

3. Tap Add to Home Screen.

4. Tap Add to confirm. Laudio will now appear as an app-like icon on your home screen.

Google Chrome on Android 

1. Open Google Chrome and navigate to your Laudio login page.

2. Tap the three vertical dots in the top-right corner of the browser.

3. Tap Add to Home Screen.

4. Tap Create shortcut.

5. Tap Add to home screen. Laudio will now appear as an app-like icon on your home screen.

Chrome on iPhone (using Shortcuts app)

1. Open the Shortcuts app. Chrome does not allow adding shortcuts to the home screen directly. To create one, use the built-in Shortcuts app (available on iOS 12 and later).
   

2. Tap the + icon in the top right to create a new shortcut.
   
   
   

3. Tap Add Action.
   

4. In the search bar, type Safari and tap Open Links under the Actions category.
   

5. Tap the URL field and type: googlechrome://yourorganization.laudio.com

   Replace "yourorganization" with your Laudio site handle.
   

6. Tap the three dots in the top right.

7. Enter a name for the shortcut (e.g., Laudio), then tap Add to Home Screen.
   

8. Tap Add to confirm. The Laudio shortcut will now appear on your mobile home screen.
