Sending Group Emails

Laudio allows leaders to send messages to groups of team members, making it easier to communicate with multiple people at once. Groups can be created based on team membership or selected using filters. Frequently used groups can also be saved for future use.

How to Send a Group Email

1. Click Send Message from the Laudio homepage.

2. Select the interaction type:

Celebration & Recognition
Accountability
Check-In
Other

3. Click Select Group from the upper-right corner.

4. Choose Entire Team or apply filters to select a specific group of team members.

5. To reuse the same recipients in the future, click Save as Group.

6. Compose the message and add any desired content.

7. Click Send Message.
