Take Action on your own - Send a Message

Take proactive action to recognize the contributions of your team member that you observe daily, or hear about from patients & families, or other team members

In addition to Laudio's Recommendations on insights to recognize, you see a multitude of opportunities for recognition and check ins every day that you can use the Take Action section at the top of your homepage to act on. 

Example topics include:

• Comments from a patient or family member

• A topic you’d like to check in on

• Great work you’d like to recognize

• A photo of a handwritten card or other kudos

• Feedback on a behavior to be addressed

Step 1:

Select the category of your choice and click Send message 

Step 2: 

Add a recipient (the details will begin to auto fill from your organization's list of employees) and create the subject and body of the email. Click "select group" to reach out to or document on multiple staff. 

Optional:

• Add an ecard for maximum impact

• Choose tags to enable quick filtering in Activity

• Add an attachment to include as part of a note or message
