Dual- Role Access

As a dual user, you have access to not only Laudio, but the root Laudio admin portal! You can now adjust, add, and manage users within Laudio when you need. 

Steps Below:

  1. In user’s slideout, there is a new option User Role, from where a Laudio admin can see and add roles by clicking + Add another button.

  2. On clicking + Add another, you can select User, Admin, and Laudio admin roles in the dropdown. Then hit save and now, the Admin role can be seen added in the User role for a user.

  3. While providing other roles, a role can be set as the default role, so that while logging in, you will be redirected to the preferred dashboard (either user or admin dashboard).

    1. Edit → Existing roles can be edited to change role type.

    2. Set as default role → Selected role can be set as default role. Only one role can be set as default. (Default) label can be seen for the default role in the list.

    3. Delete → Selected roles can be deleted to revoke access.

User role switch

  1. There is a Switch Account option from where you can switch accounts from the users dropdown. This option is only shown for users with multiple roles.
