      Early Access Community Overview

      The Early Access Community, formerly known as the Beta Community, is a group of healthcare leaders who preview upcoming Laudio capabilities and provide structured feedback to improve the product.

      What to Expect in the Early Access Community 

      Pros

      • See new features first.
      • Share your ideas directly with the Product team.
      • Help set priorities for future updates.

      Things to Consider

      • You may be asked to join short surveys or calls for your feedback.
      • Some new features may be turned on in your account without advance training.

      Eligibility

      • Comfortable with technology and trying new tools.

      • Interested in providing feedback to shape new features.

      • Live on Laudio for at least 6 months.

      How to Opt In/Out

      A: Complete brief surveys, review prototypes, and join occasional 20–30 minute calls.

      A: Often times quarterly, with additional invitations when relevant features are available.

      A: We summarize insights and share them with Product, Client Engagement, and Marketing to improve features and communications.
