Edit an InForm template

You can edit one of Laudio's template to make it specific to your area of focus. You can also make edits to InForms you create over time. 

How to edit a template

  1. Go to InForms from the left-hand navigator, then select the form you wish you modify. (For this example, I will use Employee rounding).  
    *If the InForm is not listed on your screen, select "Add New InForm" to find the template you wish to modify.

  2. Click on the InForm you wish to modify (Employee Rounding in this example) and go to "Manage Questions" in the middle of the page.

3. The questions will now be viewable. Hover over the question you want to modify. Then, click to edit. 

4. You can edit the question wording or change the question type as desired.

Use the icons in the bottom right of each question to help you:

  • Move the order of questions
  • Delete the question
  • Upload a file
  • Mark as required

If the InForm has already been used i.e. there are current responses document by members of your team, you will not be able to modify it.  In the case, you should "hide" the question, so it is not visible moving forward, then add your new question. 

5. Review the settings for your InForm and adjust the template wording (the message that appears when you click "collect responses" if desired. 

6. Send to team members via email by clicking "Collect Responses."

You may also use the options to send a link for anonymous response collection or utilize a QR code.
