Edit, delete, or share a completed Patient Rounding form

If you accidentally clicked Save and Complete before entering all relevant data, you may reopen a completed Patient Rounding form and edit or add additional responses. Completed Patient Rounding forms can also be deleted, or may be shared via email with another member of the team

Edit, delete, or share a completed form in one of two ways:

1. From the list of completed Rounding interactions, click on the ellipsis and select your desired action

2. Open a completed rounding interaction and click on the pencil symbol to edit, trash to delete, or > to share via email or link
