Editing an InForm
InForms help frontline leaders collect consistent information from their teams. Editing a template allows updates to questions, wording, and structure so the form aligns with specific workflows.
Key Benefits:
- Adapt templates to specific use cases
- Improve clarity with updated wording
- Keep forms current as needs change
- Maintain consistency across team usage
How to Edit an InForm
1. From the left navigation, click InForms. Then select the form to modify. If the form is not listed, click Add New InForm and locate the desired template.
3. Review the list of questions. Hover over a question and click to edit.
4. Update the question as needed:
- Edit wording
- Change the question type
Use the icons in the bottom right of each question to:
- Reorder questions

6. Click Collect Responses to send the form to team members by email. Other options for sharing include:

FAQs
Q: Can I edit an InForm after it has received responses?
A: Yes. After an InForm has received responses, you can still edit question titles, question descriptions, and answer option labels. You can also add new answer options or hide existing options that should no longer be used.
To preserve historical data and reporting accuracy, question types and answer option scores cannot be changed once responses have been submitted. Existing answer options also cannot be deleted, but they can be hidden from future use.
