Using Employee Insights Report

The Employee Insights report helps leaders understand team composition and workforce demographics. By visualizing employee distribution by tenure and age group, leaders can plan targeted training, development, and succession strategies.

How to Use Employee Insights

  1. Click Reporting in the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Select Employee Insights from the list of available reports.

  3. Review the distribution of employees by Tenure and Age Group.

  4. Use this data to inform training, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
