Adding New Employee Rounding Template

Laudio provides a default employee rounding template that you can customize, or you can build your own from scratch. Leaders also have the option to create multiple rounding forms, for example, one for each specific job title or role. This flexibility allows rounding to be tailored to the unique needs of different teams.

How to Create a New Employee Rounding Template

  1. Log in to Laudio.

  2. Click the Employee Rounding widget or select Employee Rounding from the navigation.

  3. Hover over a team member’s row to open the action tray.

  4. Click the + icon to view available rounding forms.

  5. Click + Add New.

  6. Choose Start From Scratch to create a new form.

  7. Enter a Title for your form and select Create InForm.

  8. Use the InForm editor to add questions, adjust sections, and add collaborators.
