There are a variety of ways to engage with team members via the employee rounding workflow. You can send (InForms) to your team to gather feedback, document 1:1 conversations (Add Round) or simply track that in person interactions were completed.

How to Send an Inform
This action allows users to send a pre-rounding questionnaire to a team member to gather their initial thoughts and feedback.
1. Log-in to your Laudio account
2. Click on the widget or the "Employee Rounding" Workflow option
3. Hover over the team member’s row, and the action tray will appear
4. Click on the email icon - this will display a list of active employees to round on
5. Send an email with the InForm link that is relevant to team member.
The employee rounding template comes with default questions. You can edit the questions or create a new form. See our InForm help articles to learn more!
How to Add Round
This action allows users to document in person rounds on an InForm for data collection.
1. Log-in to your Laudio Account
2. Click on the widget or the "Employee Rounding" Workflow option
3. Hover over the team member’s row, and the action tray will appear
4. Click on the "+" icon- this will display a list of active employee rounding forms available
5. After clicking the "+" icon, a list of active employee rounding forms is displayed.
6. You can select from the available forms they have access to.
7. Complete the Employee Rounding Questions with the related Team Member
How to Mark Complete
This action is used to mark the rounding process as completed.
1. Log-in to your Laudio Account
2. Click on the widget or the "Employee Rounding" Workflow option
3. Hover over the team member’s row, and the action tray will appear
4. Once the rounding process is finished, you can click the Complete icon
