The Employee Rounding workflow provides multiple ways for leaders to engage with their teams. You can:

Send an InForm to gather feedback before a round.

Add a Round to document one-on-one conversations.
-
Mark Complete to track that in-person interactions have been finished.
Below are the steps for each action.
How to Send an InForm
Use this option to send a pre-rounding questionnaire to a team member to collect initial thoughts and feedback.

Log in to Laudio.

Click the Employee Rounding widget or select Employee Rounding from the navigation.

Hover over the team member’s row to open the action tray.
-
Click the email icon to view available rounding forms.

Select a form and send the email with the InForm link to the team member. Employee Rounding templates include default questions. Leaders can create or use a new form. See [InForm Help Articles] for more details.
How to Add a Round
Use this option to document in-person check-ins directly in Laudio for tracking and data collection.

Log in to Laudio.

Click the Employee Rounding widget or select Employee Rounding from the navigation.

Hover over the team member’s row to open the action tray.
-
Click the + icon to view available rounding forms.
-
Select a form from the list.
-
Complete the rounding questions with the team member.
-
Save the responses.
How to Mark Complete
Use this option to officially mark a round as finished once all necessary actions have been completed.

Log in to Laudio.

Click the Employee Rounding widget or select Employee Rounding from the navigation.

Hover over the team member’s row to open the action tray.

Rounds can include multiple actions (InForms, notes, tasks, or recognition). Use Mark Complete only once all necessary steps for that round are finished. Click the Complete icon to finish the round.
