      Updating Employee Rounding Frequency

      Managers can set the rounding frequency for their team based on preferences and the size of the group. This ensures check-ins are consistent, meaningful, and aligned with organizational expectations.

      Key Benefits: 

      • Adjust frequency by cost center to meet the needs of different teams.
      • Keep leaders and team members aligned on when rounds are due for consistency across teams.

      Steps to Set Rounding Frequency

      1. Log in to Laudio.

      2. Click the Employee Rounding widget or select Employee Rounding from the navigation.

      3. Click Settings in the top-right corner.

      4. Under Cost Center Rounding Frequency, click Add Rounding Frequency.

      5. Choose the Associated Cost Center and set the desired Calendar Rounding Frequency (e.g., monthly, quarterly).

      6. Save your changes. Frequency applies to all team members in the selected cost center. If multiple leaders manage the same cost center, updates will be visible to all of them.
