Leaders can also take action directly from this page by sending an InForm, adding a round, creating tasks, or marking a round complete.
FAQs
Q: Who can complete an employee round?
A: Anyone with access to the team member’s rounding data can complete a round, though this is typically done by the primary or direct manager.
Q: What happens if a manager changes?
A: Rounding history stays with the team member. All past actions remain visible, ensuring continuity for the new manager.
Q: Can I adjust how often rounds are due?
A: Yes. Rounding frequency can be configured at the cost center or global level. These settings define when rounds appear as due.
Q: What counts as completing a round?
A: A round is considered complete once all necessary actions, such as notes, tasks, or recognition, are recorded for that team member.
Q: Can I use InForms during rounding?
A: Yes. InForms are integrated directly into the rounding process, allowing leaders to send, review, and document responses as part of each check-in.
