Laudio makes it easy to export various types of patient rounding reports. You can apply filters to export data based on specific parameters. This is the most effective way to share patient rounding feedback and responses with individuals in your organization who may not have access to Laudio. There are three types of reports available:
- Full Data Extracts - The full data extract report provides a comprehensive summary of each completed round. It includes details such as the script name, respondent, department, room and bed, date and time of the round, each question and answer, and the overall round score.
- Summary Reports - The summary reports, generated from the patient rounding dashboard, highlight the overall percentage of patients rounded on by department. They are designed to present high-level insights into rounding coverage across departments.
- Script Reports - The script report displays all questions and answers from the selected script export. It includes the script name, form responses, department, room and bed, date and time conducted, each question and answer, and the overall score.
