How to clear cache/cookies
From Microsoft Edge:
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser window, then click "Settings"
- Click "Privacy Search and Services," then "Clear browsing data."
- Click "choose what to clear" and select "Cookies and Cached"
From Google Chrome:
- Select the three dots in the upper right hand corner, then select "settings."
- Go to "Privacy and security," then click "Delete browsing history"
