The Patient Rounding Scripts feature helps leaders create, manage, and standardize rounding questions used across their organization.
Accessing the Scripts Page

Click the Patient Rounding workflow on the left navigation bar.

Click the Scripts tab to open the Scripts page.

From this view, leaders can:

Review and edit existing scripts

Add a new round by clicking “+ Add Round” or the “+” icon next to a script name
- Create new scripts for use in patient rounds

How to Add a New Script

Choose how to build your script:

Use an organization-wide template for a standardized set of questions (preferred method).

Use a Laudio template such as “Recently Admitted” or “Due for Discharge.”

If using a template, click Add New Script.

Find the script you would like to use and when ready, click Use Template in the upper-right corner.

Add collaborators by typing another leader’s name when prompted.

Collaborators can add rounds, edit questions, and export form data.

If you don’t need to add anyone, click the X to close the window.

After confirming, you’ll return to the "Manage Questions" section where you can review and edit questions before using the script.

Click the Settings tab to adjust script details such as title, visibility, and associated cost centers.

Click Save once your script is finalized.
