Managing Patient Rounding Scripts

The Patient Rounding Scripts feature helps leaders create, manage, and standardize rounding questions across the organization. Most health systems manage scripts at the system level, though in some cases this feature is available at the individual leader level.

Accessing the Scripts Page

  1. Click the Patient Rounding workflow on the left navigation bar.

  2. Click the Scripts tab.

  3. From this view, leaders can:

    • Review and edit existing scripts

    • Add a new round by clicking “+ Add Round” or the “+” icon next to a script name

    • Create new scripts for use in patient rounds
      • Creating scripts at the individual leader level is typically disabled for clients. When available, leaders are encouraged to confirm that an individual script is appropriate, as most teams use standardized forms to support consistent data collection and reporting.
      • For help creating scripts, contact Support@Laudio.com or reference the InForm management articles in the Support Center, which follow a similar workflow.
  4. When clicking into a script, leaders can view individual responses on the next page and export script data at the form level.

A: It shows the number of rounds that have been documented since the data was last viewed.
