Using Incremental Overtime

The Incremental Overtime report helps leaders identify workforce efficiency trends by tracking early clock-ins and late clock-outs. By reviewing this data over time and across cost centers, leaders can monitor scheduling consistency, spot potential fatigue risks, and uncover opportunities to improve time management and staffing practices.

How to Use Incremental Overtime

1. Click Reporting in the left-hand navigation bar.

2. Select Incremental Overtime from the available reports.
   

3. Review the four sections available:

   • Early Clock-ins Over Time

   • Late Clock-outs Over Time

   • Early Clock-ins per Cost Center

   • Late Clock-outs per Cost Center

4. Adjust the Cost Center and Time Period using the dropdown menus on the right side of the page.
