Laudio Chat Assistant Overview

In March 2026, Laudio will introduce a new chat assistant to a small group of leaders in the Early Access Community leaders and will expand to additional leaders over time as testing is completed and the feature is enabled client by client. This feature is designed to support leaders in the moment by answering questions related to the Laudio platform, leadership best practices and health system specific HR policies.

Where to Find the Chat Assistant

The chat assistant appears as a chat bubble within the Laudio application in the lower right-hand corner. When this feature becomes available to all Laudio leaders, it may look slightly different than the image below.
