Laudio Outlook Add-In Overview (Early Access)
The Laudio Outlook add-in lets you capture recognition, feedback, and follow-ups without leaving your inbox. From any email, you can send a message to a team member, add a note to their profile, or copy an email directly into Laudio — so the moments worth documenting are logged where the rest of your team activity lives.
Key Benefits
- Capture notes and recognition in the flow of your inbox, without switching to Laudio
- Keep team member records complete by logging email-based interactions in one place
Accessing the Add-In

- (Optional) Click Select template to start from a saved template.
- Enter a Note title and the Note details.

Copying an Email to Laudio

FAQs
Q: Does "Copy email to Laudio" create an email or a note?
A: It logs the email — subject and body — as an email on the selected team members' profiles. (The Add note action is what creates a note.) Both appear in the Activity Feed; entries created from Outlook are marked "Added from Outlook."
Q: How are the "Relates to" team members chosen?
A: For a copied email, the recipients from the email's To and Cc lines are selected automatically. You can add or remove any team member using the search field before saving.
Q: Can I relate a note or email to more than one team member?
A: Yes. You can select multiple team members under "Relates to," and it is logged for each of them.
Q: What can I attach to a note?
A: Images, PDF, Excel, and Word files, up to 10MB.
Q: Can I use templates in the add-in?
A: Yes. When adding a note, click "Select template" to start from a saved template.
Q: Where do notes and copied emails show up in Laudio?
A: In the Activity Feed and on each related team member's profile. Entries created from Outlook are marked "Added from Outlook."
Q: Can I include PHI?
A: No. Do not enter any information that can be classified as PHI in a note or copied email.
