Manage your Cost Center Settings

Learn how to update your cost center settings so that your time and attendance recommendations reflect your standard shifts and grace settings.

Overview of Cost Center Settings:

  • During the initial implementation phase, Laudio works with your organization's HR and operations team to upload standard shifts and grace periods. However, at some organizations these standard shifts can differ between location and even department/unit.
  • As you are starting to use the Laudio platform, it's important to check your Cost Center Settings so that your account is configured correctly.
  • When time and attendance policies change at your organization, remember to change them in your Laudio account. This will ensure that time and attendance recommendations are accurate and reflective of your particular team's policies. 

Manage your Cost Center Settings:

  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Select Managed Cost Centers
  3. Select the cost center you'd like to manageCost Centers1
  4. Review the current settings - notice there are three sections (Shifts, Scheduling & Pay Period and Floating) and edit them as needed.
