Microsoft 365 Connection - Updating your Email Signature

Once you have completed the M365 connection, follow these steps to update your Laudio email signature.

1. Navigate to the Settings page.

2. Click on + Add Email Signature.

3. Add your email signature. You can copy and paste from your Outlook email signature and add any images to your signature by clicking "Insert inline image"

Note:

• If you have a large signature with images, the best way to bring it into Laudio is to copy and paste section by section from Outlook vs. trying to copy and paste the entire signature into outlook at once.
• In such a situation, copying and pasting the entire signature might lead to issues with the image loading. In such a case, users should copy and paste each section individually e.g. paste the top text, the image and the text below the image to successfully transfer their signature.
• In case copying and pasting the image does not work, they can download the image and use the image upload option in the signature to paste it in.
