Sending Emails from the Homepage

Laudio makes it easy to send email messages to team members directly from the homepage. When the Microsoft 365 (M365) connection is enabled, messages can include email signatures, images, attachments, and other rich content for a seamless communication experience.

How to Send an Email from the Homepage

1. Click Send Message from the Laudio homepage.

2. Select the interaction type:

Celebration & Recognition
Accountability
Check-In
Other

3. Enter a team member's name or click Select Group to choose recipients.

4. Compose the message and add any desired content:

eCards
Images
Links
Attachments
Email signatures

4. Click Send Message.
