      Microsoft 365 Connection - Sending Emails from Laudio

      There are various ways you can send email messages to your team members via Laudio.  The M365 connection will allow you to seamlessly integrate graphics, documents, and your email signature into the messages. 

      How to send an email via Laudio

      1. Click on "Send message" anywhere in the Laudio application.  Options are available on your homepage and within each workflow.

      2. A message window will populate for you.  Type in the name of the employee you wish to message or use the "select group" option on the right side to select a subset of individuals or your entire team on Laudio.

      3. Add eCards, images, links, attachments, etc as needed. 

      4. Click send message.

      Note: If you do not see these options in your Laudio account, it means the Microsoft 365 Integration is not yet live for your health system. Please reach out to us at support@laudio.com for more information!
