Sending Emails from the Homepage

There are various ways you can send email messages to your team members via Laudio.  The M365 connection will allow you to seamlessly integrate graphics, documents, and your email signature into the messages. 

How to send an email via Laudio

1. Click Send message anywhere in the Laudio application. Options are available on your homepage and within most workflows.

2. A message window will populate for you. Type the name of the employee you wish to message or use the "select group" option on the right side to select a subset of individuals or your entire team on Laudio.

3. Add eCards, images, links, attachments, etc as needed. 

4. Click Send message.
