The Mini Profile is a slideout featuring team member profile data. It allows for you, as a user, to access and engage with that profile without losing your place in Laudio’s workflows. You can quickly update data points in the MyTeam view.
One thing to note is that every data point in the My Team table is clickable. When you click on a data point (any piece of information in a column, or any empty white space), the Mini Profile opens up to that exact data point – allowing you to easily update information.
In each section, you can take action just as you would normally – i.e. adding committees in the Professional Engagement section, reviewing Time & Attendance data, or adding Disciplinary Action.
You can update information for a group of individuals at once. For example, you can select all members of a committee and then add that information to their profile in bulk.
Simply select the team members on the left side, then update based on the slide out profile populated.
