Navigating Mandatories
The Mandatories page in Laudio provides a unified view of compliance requirements across teams. It brings Licensure, Certifications, Training, and Health information into one place, helping leaders quickly understand compliance status and identify where follow up is needed.

Navigating Mandatories

Click Mandatories from the left hand navigation bar.

Reviewing Compliance Widgets - At the top of the page, four summary widgets display high level compliance status by category (as available by the integrations set up at each health system). Each widget shows how many team members are due or overdue and provides a visual snapshot of overall compliance health. The four categories include: licensure, certifications, training and health.

Understand the Team Member Table - Below the widgets is a table listing team members with at least one due or overdue item.

The default view shows only team members who need attention.

Columns display the specific licensure, certification, training, or health item that is impacted.

Selecting a team member expands a detailed view that includes: Due or overdue items; Items in progress; and Completed items.

Use Filters to Narrow Results - Filters at the top of the page help refine the list by cost center, role, direct vs indirect reports, and/or entire team vs direction reports.
FAQs
Q: Why do I only see some compliance categories?
A: By default, Licensure and Certifications are visible. Training and Health appear only if data is shared from those systems.
Q: Can compliance data be edited in Laudio?
A: No. Compliance data is sourced from external systems and cannot be manually edited in Laudio.
