Navigating the Time and Attendance Tracker
The Time and Attendance (T&A) Tracker provides a streamlined view of team attendance. The tracker centralizes team members, absence and tardiness properties, search, filters and sorting, and a quick actions experience all in one place.
Key benefits
- See team attendance status at a glance with clear totals and indicators.
- Filter by date, cost center, team scope, type (Events vs. Occurrences), and status.
- Open a slide‑out for details and history without leaving the page.
Steps to Find and Sort Information in the Tracker
-
From the Laudio navigation bar, click Time & Attendance.
-
Follow the steps below to customize your view:
-
Locate a team member - Use Search to filter by Preferred, First, or Last name.
-
Adjust the date window - Click Date and select Past Pay Period, Past Rolling 30/60/90/180/365 Days, or Custom Date Range.
For custom ranges, note that results may include active pay‑period data, which can be inaccurate if it hasn’t yet been reviewed in the source system. All other date filters display completed pay‑period data only.

- Review the Total column color: Red (≥4) critical, Orange (3–3.5) warning, Grey (≤2.5) neutral.
