You can narrow down any of these reports using the filter bar at the top of the page. This allows you to view data for a specific:

  • Facility or Region: Filter employees from different hospital and facilities.

  • Department: Focus on specific clinical or non-clinical units.

  • Manager: View the "Downline" of a specific executive or leader.

  • Check-in Interval: Filter to see only "X-day check-ins" across the whole organization to check for consistent onboarding.

Visual Indicators

The completion rates are color-coded based on the following performance thresholds:

  • Dark Green --> Meeting Target (80% or Higher)
    Meeting Target: These departments or managers are consistently meeting onboarding standards and following up with new hires on time.
  • Light Green --> Meeting Baseline (50% – 79.9%)
    Engagement is happening, but there is room for improvement to ensure every new hire is reached at every milestone.
  • No Color --> Action Required (Below 50%)
    Low completion rates suggest that new hire check-ins are being missed, which may increase the risk of early-tenure turnover.
