      Nudges: Overview

      Nudges provide prioritized, real-time suggestions to help leaders identify key team trends and take meaningful action. This feature surfaces the most important team member engagement items at the right time, allowing leaders to stay proactive and engaged with their teams.

      Key Benefits: 

      • Focus on the top 3 to 5 prioritize for your team

      • Highlight patterns and themes across your team.

      • Provide context and data to support team-member-focused communication.

      • Allow leaders to customize nudges by snoozing, turning off, or tailoring settings for each one.

      Where to Find Nudges

      Nudges appear on your homepage as a prioritized list of 3 to 5 suggestions. You can view more by clicking "View All" or navigating to the Nudges page, where the complete list is available. Each nudge highlights meaningful team trends, such as frequent late clock-ins or opportunities to recognize staff who worked specific shifts.

      How to Get the Most Out of Nudges

      Nudges are designed to be actionable and flexible, giving leaders the ability to engage with team members in real time. From each nudge, leaders can:

      • View the team members associated with the nudge.

      • Access historical data to understand patterns and themes.

      • Take action immediately using emails and notes.

      To keep nudges relevant, leaders can also:

      • Leaders can snooze a nudge for 30 days if it isn’t immediately actionable, keeping their view focused and personalized.
      • They can also turn off nudges at the team member, cost center, or global level to make Laudio’s nudges more impactful.

      Q: Are Nudges available to all leaders?
      A: Nudges is currently in Beta. Nudges will be available to all leaders in January 2026, as needed by individual user needs. 

      Q: Where can I find nudges?
      A: Nudges are displayed at the bottom of your homepage. You can also view all nudges by clicking "View All" or navigating to the Nudges page.

      Q: Do I need to complete a nudge?
      A: No. Nudges are suggestions, they don’t require completion. They highlight opportunities for engagement and support.

      Q: Can I turn off a nudge?
      A: Yes. You can snooze a nudge, turn it off for specific team members, or manage all nudge visibility from the Nudge Settings page.
