Multiple inputs generate these pages and they evolve over time.
- Team Member Data or the Demographic data is pulled from your HRIS system.
- Employee preferences, hobbies, etc. in the general information section is entered by you or collected via the team member profile questionnaire InForm.
- Professional details is information collected using the Professional Engagement InForm - a questionaire that can be sent to your entire team.
- The activity section is a review of your notes and actions taken in Laudio. This section is exportable to assist you with annual reviews.
