Peer Feedback Overview

Peer feedback is a key component of the annual review process for many organizations. Laudio’s workflow provides health systems with a structured, efficient way to facilitate the peer review process, all within an easy-to-use interface.

Accessing the Peer Feedback Workflow

  1. Click Peer Feedback on the left-hand side navigation bar.
  2. Sort team members by selecting any column heading in the team members table, or use the filters at the top of the page to display the desired data.
  3. Use the search bar to quickly find a specific team member.

     

    FAQs

    Q: I don’t see peer feedback in my Laudio. Why is that?
    A: Peer feedback may be turned off for your health system. For more information, please contact Support@Laudio.com or reach out to your Client Engagement representative.
     
    Q: Who completes the peer feedback?
    A: The team member selects the individuals they would like to complete their peer feedback forms.
     
    Q: Where can I view peer feedback responses?
    A: We have dedicated support articles on this topic. Peer feedback responses can also be viewed directly within the workflow, within InForms, or on the team member’s profile.
     
    Q: Is peer feedback included in Performance Insights?
    A: Not at this time. However, Laudio is actively working on expanding this capability.
