Peer Feedback Overview

Peer feedback is a primary component of the annual review process for many organizations. Laudio's workflow offers you a way to facilitate the peer review process.

Benefits include:

  • A way for managers to track who is due for peer feedback and can be configured to match your organizational policy.
  • Quick way to track peer feedback completions
  • Ability to export all peer feedback responses for analysis and proof to accrediting bodies

How to Action in Peer Feedback

  1. Access Peer Feedback from the left-hand navigator.

  2. Select the team member(s) you would like to initiate peer feedback for.
  3. Select the email icon to the right and an email message window will appear. The recipients name will be prepopulated along with a message and customized link to collect feedback. Hit Send InForm.

4. Once it is received, the team member will forward the message along to 3 colleagues who will submit feedback that flows back into Laudio for your viewing.  Note: You can edit the wording in the email prior to sending, but do not alter the links as they are specific to each employee.

Settings and customizability

Users can customize the send email template and the note template.

  1. The send email template can be changed to your liking and will be automatically saved once you click away from it on any area of the settings. By default the in-form in the template is the peer feedback inform but can be changed to another template.
  2. The note template can be changed to have a different title and text body which will show up when initiating a note.

View/Manage Responses

Once responses are available, you can click on the team member name and view responses from their profile page.
