🔧 Improvements
- Configurable naming and categories for Performance Insights. Administrators can now customize the name, and category order for Performance Insights, making it easier to align the experience with each organization’s terminology and structure. These updates create a more intuitive, client‑specific workflow for leaders using Performance Insights day to day.
- Matrix manager setup without reporting hierarchy. Admins can now assign matrix managers directly—without relying on a user’s reporting structure—supporting broader role configurations. This update makes it easier to establish matrix relationships based on incoming data rather than org charts.
- Rich or plain editor based on email integration. Admins now see either the rich text editor or the standard text editor depending on the client’s email integration settings, rather than their personal Outlook connection state. This gives admins full access to rich formatting when creating or editing templates.
- Custom InForms support in New Hire Check-In emails. New hire check‑in emails can now generate links to custom InForms—not just the system new hire check-in form—allowing clients to use their own templates within the workflow. This adds flexibility for organizations that rely on custom forms and ensures new hire check-in communications align with their specific processes.
