🔧 Improvements

• InForm submitters receive a copy of their responses. Anyone who fills out an InForm—whether a Laudio user or not—now automatically receives a copy of their submitted form. This ensures people can review their responses later and retain a record of what they submitted.

• Patient rounds sorted newest to oldest. Rounds in the Patient Profile now display from newest to oldest, making it easier for rounding users to quickly understand recent context without scrolling. This update, requested by Geisinger, improves readability and speeds up review.

• Performance Insights historical data expansion. Leaders can now review a longer span of historical activity within Team Member Profile and Performance Insights, supporting performance reviews that occur on a rolling basis rather than a fixed annual cycle. This enhancement extends visibility into past notes, interactions, and activity data, giving managers the broader context they need to prepare complete and fair evaluations throughout the year.

• Performance Insights now managed in the Admin Portal (Beta).  Performance Insights access is now fully controlled through the Admin Portal. Admins and Laudio team members can enable PI for a client and grant or adjust user‑level access directly in one place—no user‑ID extraction, Chrome inspect steps, or feature‑flag targeting required. This streamlines implementation, reduces engineering dependency, and helps manage PI access end‑to‑end with a clean, predictable workflow.
