✨ New Features

• Conditional logic for forms. Forms now support conditional logic, allowing administrators to show or hide questions based on previous answers and create streamlined, dynamic forms that adapt to user responses across all form types.

🔧 Improvements

• New Leaderboard Column — New Hire Check-In Compliance % (Beta). The Usage Leaderboard now includes a New Hire Check-In Compliance % column, showing each user's completion rate over the last 90 days to help leaders monitor accountability and identify teams that may need additional support in completing timely new hire check-ins. (Note, the leaderboard reporting is currently limited to a subset of Laudio leaders).
• Updates to New Hire Check-In compliance (Beta). New Hire Check-In Compliance now includes time period filters with rolling 90-day views, user email addresses for easier identification, clickable usernames that link directly to check-in details, and a consistent 5-month bar chart for tracking trends over time (Note, the leaderboard reporting is currently limited to a subset of Laudio leaders).
