✨ New Features

  • New slidesheet experience in Patient Rounding Dashboard. Users can now click into the Conducted Rounds and Team Member Recognitions widgets to view detailed data insights in a slidesheet, making it easier to drill down into information without impacting dashboard performance.
  • Patient Rounding forms can be favorited. Users can now ‘favorite’ their most-used rounding forms, making it faster to start a round without scrolling through lengthy form lists each time.
  • Cascading script filter in Patient Rounding Dashboard. The script filter now organizes forms by Org-level and Private categories, making it easier to navigate multiple forms while defaulting to org-wide forms and improving dashboard performance.
  • Improved UI/UX for hidden questions in Manage Forms.  Hidden questions now appear in a separate view within Manage Forms, allowing users to toggle between active, all, and hidden questions for a cleaner and more intuitive form management experience.
  • "Create new script" function can be toggled via admin portal. Admins can now control whether users can create new Patient Rounding scripts, helping organizations standardize form usage and improve data integrity across their rounding documentation.
  • Medical Record Number (MRN) available as field in export via feature flag. Patient Rounding exports can now include Medical Record Numbers when enabled for specific users , allowing organizations to link rounding data with patient outcomes for deeper analysis.


🔧 Improvements

  • Improved UI/UX for hidden questions in Manage Forms.  Hidden questions now appear in a separate view within Manage Forms, allowing users to toggle between active, all, and hidden questions for a cleaner and more intuitive form management experience.
  • Patient Rounding Dashboard load time optimization. The Patient Rounding Dashboard now loads significantly faster, with organizations seeing load times drop from 30 seconds to under 3 seconds even when displaying 100,000+ rounds.
  • Patient Rounding Dashboard filters now apply to export. Dashboard filters now automatically apply to data exports, ensuring consistency between what users see on screen and what they download.
  • New fields available in Patient Rounding export. Patient Rounding exports now include Department ID, Department Name, Facility Name, and Facility ID, providing additional context for analyzing rounding efforts and correlating outcomes like HCAHPS scores.
  • Nudges enhancements and fixes (Beta). Nudges now display completion status more clearly, show accurate pending and total team member counts, and include updated prioritization logic explanations to improve clarity and user experience. Additionally, users can now turn nudges on or off directly from the slideout without requiring a reason, providing more control and flexibility over nudge management. 
  • Time and Attendance data clarity and UI fixes (Beta).  Time and Attendance tables now include pagination and date filters for easier navigation, along with bug fixes for max hours and max days nudges and improved data variations for Absences, Tardies, and Overtime metrics.
