✨ New Features

  • New Patient Rounding Export Process via SFTP. Organizations can now receive automated exports of their complete Patient Rounding data, including patient MRN, via secure SFTP connection. This enables data teams to link rounding activity with HCAHPS outcomes and measure the impact of rounds on patient satisfaction scores.
  • Overtime Nudges (Beta). Leaders now receive dedicated nudges for overtime metrics, specifically highlighting Early Clock Ins and Late Clock Outs that need attention. This enhancement makes it easier to identify and address team overtime issues directly from the Homepage and Nudges section.
  • Tasks Widget on Homepage (Beta). A new Tasks widget on the homepage provides leaders with at-a-glance visibility into their outstanding tasks, making it easier to stay on top of action items without navigating away from the homepage.
  • Tasks Widget on Team Member Profile Page (Beta). Team Member Profiles now include a Tasks widget and section, giving leaders direct visibility into any team member-related tasks. Users can now view and engage with tasks directly from the profile, streamlining task management for specific team members.
  • Leader Knowledge Base (Beta). The Leader Knowledge Base, Laudio's new AI assistant, is now available to help a select group of beta users navigate the Laudio platform and troubleshoot on-the-job challenges with leader-inspired best practices. Accessible via a floating chat bubble in the bottom right corner, this tool provides quick answers to product questions, information on how to best leverage Laudio's features, and leadership guidance informed by Laudio Insights research and publications.


🔧 Improvements

  • Weekly emails to select Laudio users now include a direct link to the Reporting dashboard, making it easier for users to easily access detailed analytics and reports.
  • The New Hire Check-In timeline has moved from the profile overview to the New Hire Check-In slideout, streamlining the profile page while keeping check-in history and progress easily accessible.
