🔧 Improvements

  • Improved Patient Search in Patient Rounding. The Patient Rounding Tracker now includes a significantly improved search experience, allowing users to quickly find patients by MRN or name with the level of precision they expect. This enhancement replaces the previous, limited search functionality and gives rounding users — including senior leaders investigating harm events or service‑recovery cases — a faster, more reliable way to locate the right patient.

  • Patient Rounding Metrics Performance Upgrade. The % of patients rounded on metric delivers dramatically faster performance and aligns Patient Rounding analytics with Laudio’s standardized metrics architecture. At scale, this brings load times down to under three seconds for 300k rounds, giving leaders a smooth, reliable, and consistent reporting experience across the dashboard.

  • New Admit/Transfer Logic Improvement. Patient Rounding now applies smarter business logic to prevent returning patients from being incorrectly labeled as “new.” If a patient has been in the unit within the past 24 hours, the system will no longer re‑tag them as a new admit or transfer.

  • Admin Portal – User Creation Flow Fix. The user‑creation flow in the Admin Portal now works reliably in environments where SSO is enabled only in production. A blocking error that previously prevented admins from creating new users in these mixed‑SSO setups has been resolved, ensuring smooth and consistent user creation across all environments.

  • Disciplinary Actions Integrated into Performance Insights. Performance Insights now incorporates disciplinary‑action data directly into the relevant performance category. Disciplinary actions for a team member will automatically appear in thesildeout for the relevant categoryand will also be reflected in its summary. This brings formal history into the performance picture where leaders can actually review and act on it, instead of leaving it buried in professional details.

  • Self-Evaluation as an InForm Type. Laudio now supports Self‑Evaluation as a dedicated InForm type, allowing team members to complete structured self‑assessments that flow directly into Performance Insights. When a manager or admin selects this new form type during InForm creation, responses are automatically attributed as self‑evaluation and surfaced with the correct source context inside the relevant Performance Insights views. This gives leaders a more complete, balanced picture of performance by pairing team‑member reflection with leader input.

  • First-Year Journey Enhancements (Beta). The First‑Year Journey experience in New Hire Check‑Ins now includes a series of improvements that make terminology clearer, actions more structured, and workflows more aligned to client expectations. Leaders can now see their organization’s custom New Hire Check-In terminology reflected in weekly emails and nudges, view interval descriptions, and access limited actions per interval to reduce confusion. The workflow also includes a default text template for the -7‑day interval, skip‑level visibility in reporting, and clearer handling of team members with multiple active intervals when grace periods overlap.

  • Overall Summary Widget on Performance Insights (Beta). Performance Insights now includes an Overall Performance Summary on the profile Overview tab — a single, synthesized narrative that spans all performance categories. The summary is generated from categorized notes and emails, plus any additional sources a manager chooses to include: leader feedback, peer feedback, self‑evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

  • Mandatories: Compliance Type Configuration & New Categories (Beta). Mandatories now includes two new compliance categories — Employee Health and Annual Compliance Trainings — visible directly in the team member mini profile. Columns across Licensure, Certification, Health, and Training are now sortable, making it easier to quickly spot who’s due or overdue. Admins will soon be able to configure which columns appear on the Mandatories pageThese updates give leaders faster triage and broader compliance visibility across the workflow.

  • Laudio AI Assistant V2 (Beta). The Laudio AI Assistant has evolved into a single, smart conversational entry point for Laudio platform support — now enriched with team‑level context so leaders get answers that reflect their real‑world workflows. It’s available whenever they need it, embedded directly in the product through the fab icon in the bottom‑right corner (with deeper navigation integration coming soon).

Leaders save time and reduce friction by getting instant answers to platform questions and team questions without leaving their workflow. The Assistant is now live in Beta, with new capabilities including:
