New Features

  • The GA launch of Workforce Index. The Workforce Index is now generally available, enabling leaders to benchmark their organization against a proprietary dataset of 150+ hospitals and 300,000+ frontline staff. It highlights departmental strengths and risk areas using percentile‑based scoring, helping leaders identify issues early and make more informed workforce decisions.

🔧 Improvements

  • Tasks now linked to team members. Tasks now stay connected to the people they’re about, making it easier to take action in context. You can jump to a team member’s profile from any task, add tasks directly from their profile, and new tasks created there automatically link to that person. Empty states now guide you with clear prompts to add the next task.
  • Expanded review window for Performance Insights. Performance Insights now supports a longer historical lookback period, allowing leaders to generate summaries using up to 18 months of notes, inform responses, and activity data. This update aligns with real review cycles and ensures performance summaries reflect the full context of a team member’s work.

  • Time and Attendance updates. Leaders can now save their preferred filters and columns, update multiple absence or tardy occurrences in bulk, and receive clearer guidance when a pay period is incomplete. Additional refinements—such as displaying minutes instead of hours and ensuring disciplinary action indicators remain visible past expiry—streamline the workflow and address key customer feedback.

  • Direct reports vs. my team visibility settings.  Users can now choose whether Nudges and homepage team views show only their direct reports or their full team. This gives senior leaders more control over how they view team member data and metrics, ensuring the experience matches their leadership scope.
  • Independent visibility controls for team and metrics. Users can now independently show or hide the Team Members and Metrics sections on the homepage. This gives leaders more control over what they see and allows Nudges visibility to be managed separately.
  • Nudge feature improvements. The Nudge experience has been refined by removing outdated cues and improving clarity in Nudge settings.
  • Last interaction added to team member popover. Leaders can now see when they last interacted with a team member directly from the popover that appears when hovering over a name or avatar. This provides quick, consistent visibility into recent activity from anywhere in the product.
